How long does shipping take within Indonesia?

Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days for Jabodetabek areas and 3-7 business days for other provinces, depending on the courier service selected.

What is the warranty policy for RELX devices?

All RELX devices come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please keep your original packaging and receipt to facilitate any warranty claims.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment options including major credit cards, bank transfers (Virtual Accounts), and popular Indonesian digital wallets like OVO, GoPay, and Dana.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, pods cannot be returned once opened. Devices may be returned within 7 days only if the seal is unbroken and the packaging is in its original condition.
